Also keeping in consideration the black Ice factor and slippery road on NH 03.All vehicles are allowed except two-wheelers, vehicular traffic movement shall be permitted from ATR-Solang Nullah (vica-versa) from 09:00 AM to 04:00 PM only till further orders. Police Department Lahaul and Manali shall manage the traffic.

Due to inclement weather Locals & tourists are advised to be very cautious while travelling in the valley. All hotel and Homestay owners are also requested to advise their guests likewise.
