kinnaur Police has issued advisory that due to the winter season, the water in Malling Nala has started to freeze, causing increased slipperiness on the road.

  • All citizens are requested to avoid traveling between 5:00 PM to 7:00 AM, except in emergency situations. And, follow the instructions and assistance provided by the district police.
