NH-05 Road is blocked in Runang Nalah, restoration works will begin soon.Traffic has been completely disrupted due to a massive landslide near Runang Nala on National Highway NH-05 on Monday morning. Due to continuous rain, a pile of debris and stones has accumulated on the road, due to which the movement of vehicles has stopped.
Restoration work will start soon
The administration and the Public Works Department have informed that the restoration work will be started very soon. Machinery is being sent to the spot to remove the debris.
Appeal to passengers
The administration has requested passengers and locals to avoid unnecessary travel on NH-05 and use alternative routes.
The Runang Nala area is often considered vulnerable to landslides during rains, and in such a situation the administration is constantly monitoring the situation.
