Meeting held regarding the proposed tour of the Central Parliamentary Works and Minority Works Minister

Deputy Commissioner Lahoul-Spiti Kiran Bhadana (Bha) in view of the proposed visit of the District Lahaul-Spiti District of the Government of India from 27 June to 29 June 2025 Q. From. An important meeting was held in the auditorium of Deputy Commissioner Office located in District Headquarters Kelang.
The Minister will lay the foundation stone of high Himalayan sports training centre, ice hockey rink, pavilion and sports training centre in Kaja subdivision under the Prime Minister’s Jan Development Program on June 28 and lay the foundation stone of the sewerage plan for Kelang city on June 29. Chief officers of all departments located at the district headquarters attended the meeting. The main objective of the meeting was to plan the smooth and successful event of the proposed visit of the Minister, ensuring necessary arrangements and departmental coordination.
The Deputy Commissioner instructed the officials to complete all preparations related to their respective departments timely and effectively so that there is no clutter and inconvenience during the visit of the Hon’ble Minister. He said the visit was extremely important in terms of development of the district and instructed all departments to work with mutual coordination. During the meeting, security arrangements, traffic management, stay, site inspection, welcome program and other administrative aspects were discussed in detail.
The meeting was present including Deputy Constituency Officer (No) Udaipur Alisha Chauhan, Deputy Superintendent of Police Rashmi Sharma, Division Development Officer Vivek Guleria, District Welfare Officer Khushwindra Singh.
