District-Wise I-Day Functions in Himachal to Be Led by Ministers
Deputy CM, Ministers Assigned to Preside Over Independence Day in 11 Districts

As per a notification from the Chief Secretary to the Government of Himachal Pradesh, the state-level Independence Day function will be held at Sarkaghat, District Mandi, on 15th August 2025 (Friday). Chief Minister Thakur Sukhvinder Singh Sukhu will preside over the event. The function is scheduled to start at 11:00 AM.
Additionally, district-level Independence Day functions will be presided over by the following dignitaries:

Deputy Speaker Shri Vinay Kumar will accompany Minister Anirudh Singh at Hamirpur for the Independence Day celebrations.
All administrative and police officials across the state have been instructed to make the necessary arrangements accordingly.
