“CM Has Already Conceded Defeat; BJP Resolves to Relegate Congress to History in Himachal”

In a sharp political offensive, BJP State In-Charge Shrikant Sharma on Monday asserted that the Congress government in Himachal Pradesh is on its way out, claiming that even Chief Minister Sukhvinder Singh Sukhu has implicitly acknowledged the party’s impending defeat.
Addressing the BJP State Executive Committee meeting in Mandi, Sharma said the political mood in the state has decisively shifted against the ruling Congress. “The Chief Minister’s own statements reflect a lack of confidence. The writing on the wall is clear—this government will not return to power,” he said.
Setting an aggressive electoral tone, Sharma announced that the BJP has set a micro-level target of ensuring Congress candidates lose their deposits across all 8007 polling booths in the state. “This is not just a political goal; it is a reflection of the growing public anger against misgovernance. Our cadre will not rest until this objective is achieved,” he declared.
Sharma accused the Congress government of losing touch with the grassroots and surviving on “misleading narratives and broken promises.” He said the disconnect between the government and the people has widened significantly over the past three years, creating a strong undercurrent of dissatisfaction.
“The BJP’s resolve is clear—to push Congress into political irrelevance in Himachal Pradesh,” Sharma said, adding that the party’s booth-level structure and disciplined cadre remain its biggest strengths.

भाजपा के सह प्रभारी संजय टंडन ने प्रदेश कार्यसमिति की बैठक में सोशल मीडिया की भूमिका पर जोर देते हुए कहा कि आज के दौर में सोशल मीडिया का समाज पर गहरा प्रभाव है और भाजपा इसे जनहित के मुद्दों को उठाने के लिए प्रभावी माध्यम के रूप में इस्तेमाल करेगी।
उन्होंने कहा कि केंद्रीय और प्रदेश कार्यालय के बीच बेहतर समन्वय के साथ सोशल मीडिया अभियान चलाया जाएगा, ताकि एक संगठित और मजबूत संदेश जनता तक पहुंचे।
संजय टंडन ने स्पष्ट किया कि इस अभियान का मुख्य फोकस प्रधानमंत्री नरेंद्र मोदी सरकार की उपलब्धियों को जनता तक पहुंचाना और प्रदेश की कांग्रेस सरकार की विफलताओं को उजागर करना होगा।
उन्होंने कहा कि कांग्रेस द्वारा चुनाव के दौरान दी गई “10 गारंटियों” का सच जनता के सामने लाया जाएगा। “तीन साल बीत जाने के बाद भी एक भी गारंटी पूरी नहीं हुई—अब भाजपा इसका हिसाब जनता के बीच रखेगी,” उन्होंने कहा।
टंडन ने कहा कि फेसबुक, इंस्टाग्राम और एक्स (ट्विटर) जैसे सभी प्रमुख प्लेटफॉर्म पर भाजपा पूरी ताकत के साथ सक्रिय रहेगी और हर मुद्दे पर तथ्यात्मक और आक्रामक तरीके से कांग्रेस सरकार को जवाब दिया जाएगा।
उन्होंने कार्यकर्ताओं से आह्वान किया कि सोशल मीडिया को केवल प्रचार का माध्यम न समझें, बल्कि इसे जनता से संवाद और सच्चाई सामने लाने का सशक्त मंच बनाएं।
अंत में उन्होंने कहा कि भाजपा डिजिटल प्लेटफॉर्म के माध्यम से “सच्चाई बनाम प्रचार” की लड़ाई लड़ेगी और कांग्रेस सरकार के झूठ और वादाखिलाफी को पूरी तरह बेनकाब करेगी।
He emphasized that the BJP will intensify its outreach in the coming months, taking the failures of the Congress government directly to the people. “This will be a battle of credibility versus deception, governance versus mismanagement,” he added.
Reiterating the party’s commitment to restoring “good governance, transparency, and development,” Sharma said the BJP is fully geared up for the upcoming electoral challenge and confident of securing a decisive mandate in Himachal Pradesh.
