A voluntary organization, ‘Save Lahaul Spiti Society’ presented cheques of Rs 29 lakh to Chief Minister, Thakur Sukhvinder Singh Sukhu towards the Aapda Rahat Kosh here today.
The President of Society Prem Katoch a former DSP along with other members, of the Sundar Thakur, Tashi Chheriga, Prem Singh, currently working as DIG in ITBP, were also present on the occasion amongst others.
The Chief Minster thanked them for the noble gesture and said that such contributions towards the Aapda Rahat Kosh will go a long way in providing succour to the disaster affected.
